Orders
Orders are placed via WhatsApp. A quote becomes an order once you approve it and payment is confirmed. Deadlines are calculated from the time of payment.
Revisions
Free revisions are available for 14 days after delivery, provided the original instructions remain unchanged. New requirements may be quoted separately.
Refunds
If your work is delivered late or does not follow your original instructions and we cannot fix it through revisions, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund. Refund requests are reviewed case by case via WhatsApp.
Privacy
We only collect what we need to complete your order — typically your name, WhatsApp number and task files. We never sell or share your information, and you can ask us to delete your files at any time.
Fair use
All work is provided as a reference and learning resource. Please see our Academic Integrity policy.
